About Me
Some people catch the travel bug later in life. For me, it started early — packed into a car, winding up and down the East Coast, discovering that the world beyond home was full of stories worth chasing. What began as childhood road trips through New England and beyond grew into a lifelong obsession with seeing, tasting, and experiencing everything the world has to offer. Over 45 countries later, I'm still just as excited to board a plane as I was the first time.
My travel style has always been a little hard to categorize — and I think that's the point. I'll spend a morning on horseback through a mountain valley, an afternoon hiking to a viewpoint most tourists never find, and an evening at a five-star restaurant with a glass of something local and well-deserved. I believe the best trips don't force you to choose between adventure and indulgence — they give you both. That philosophy is at the heart of every itinerary I build, whether I'm sending a client to a remote safari lodge in Botswana or a beautifully restored palazzo in Sicily. Travel should feel like you — just the most adventurous, well-fed, and inspired version.

"I'd been to Tallinn before and thought I knew Estonia. Two weeks this summer proved me wonderfully wrong. From a stunning manor house stay in Lahemaa National Park to the quietly captivating museums of Tartu, the vast stillness of Soomaa, summer exhibits on the Pärnu coast, and the juniper farms and natural retreats of Saaremaa Island — it was a side of the country most visitors, and frankly many locals, never get to see.
